In detail, my area of activities includes: profitability calculations, commercial project management, implementation of SAP etc...

As a project manager in the field of management of holdings I am responsible as company- /group controller and part of one or more project teams for the economical, legal and administrative tasks/agendas of projects and project companies (subsidiaries) within the corporate group.

As a project assistant in the field of management of holdings I work together with my superior, who is also the CEO of several subsidiaries, on different economical, legal as well as administrative Tasks. In particular, I am accountable for the management and controlling of some of these subsidiaries. The assignment includes liquidity management, forecasting, the preparation of economic calculations etc.

I am responsible to support the division manager Investor Services & Business Parks in all economical, legal and administrative tasks. The division Manager is the CEO of a couple of subsidiaries from the ecoplus. The Business Agency of Lower Austria. In this position I am accountable for the controlling of these companies/participating interests. The assignment includes the preparation of investment appraisal, liquidity management, reporting, auditing of annual financial statemens and contracts etc.

In my role as project assistant in the department "Investorenservice" I am responsible for supporting companies to find suitable commercial properties in Lower Austria. Furthermore, I encourage the head of department in the management of investments. Moreover, I am accountable for adaptions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as routine database maintenance tasks.

After my internship at ecoplus they offered me a part-time job as an assistant in the department "Investorenservice" beside my studies. There I am responsible for collaborating my team with new projects, doing system adaptions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as routine database maintenance tasks.

A six months internship is a precondition for my Studies at the IMC Krems Universty of Applied Sciences. Therefore, I started my practical training at "ecoplus" the Business Agency of Lower Austria. My main function is to support the department of "Investor Services & IT" regarding the implemention of a new CRM-System called "Microsoft Dynamics CRM". Based on the current experience I would like to extend my knowledge in the field of relational databases and CRM-Systems.

Every Saturday, I worked as a sales assistant, in the computer department, and mainly deal with customers.

My function was to create and maintain various social media platforms.

I did my alternative service, in lieu of military service, in St.Pölten Austria. While working with the Emmaus community, my job involved assisting the head of the carpentry department.

Updating the databank was my main task, as well as, dealing with customers.

I aquired practical skills as an electrical engineer, in the dept. of maintenance.

I was engaged as an electrician, in the E-Installation department.
